All shipping costs is free. Any customs duties or taxes imposed during international shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

1.3 Delivery Confirmation

Upon successful delivery, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of your order and a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. If you encounter any issues with the delivery, please contact our customer service team at admin@echoesofheritage.org

1.4 Lost or Delayed Shipments

In the rare event of a lost or significantly delayed shipment, please reach out to our customer service team, and we will investigate the matter promptly. We may offer a replacement or issue a refund based on the outcome of our investigation.

2. Return and Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Echoes of Heritage. If you are not entirely pleased with your order, you may be eligible for a return under the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition.
  • The return request must be initiated within 1 working day(s) of receiving the product.

2.2 Return Process

2.3 Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 3 working business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs for all return item is free.

2.4 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with defects, please contact us immediately with supporting documentation such as photographs. We will then decide if to arrange for a replacement or issue a refund for the damaged or defective item.

2.5 Non-Returnable Items
